Service Description
This virtual session will take place on Thursday night @ 9:00-9:30PM Feeling wired, worn out or running on empty? Join me for a calming breathwork session to reset your nervous system, release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance — naturally. This gentle practice doesn’t just calm the mind; it also helps improve Heart Rate Variability (HRV), supporting recovery & resilience. Perfect for busy minds, tired bodies, and anyone who trains hard and wants to optimise performance. More than breathwork, Pure Calm weaves together: ⦁ Gentle guided breathing ⦁ Soothing body scans & calming words ⦁ Relaxing music to help you switch off ⦁ A safe space to pause, soften, & restore You’ll finish feeling lighter, grounded, and ready for your best night’s sleep. What you will need ⦁ A yoga mat or somewhere comfortable to lay - even your bed! ⦁ A blanket Also recommended: a small pillow, eye mask or eye pillow, and a cosy pair of socks. This is your permission slip to get as snuggly as possible — ultimate comfort encouraged. Before You Book Please let me know if you have any injuries or health conditions I should be aware of, so I can ensure your comfort and safety throughout the session. Please note: sessions are open to those aged 18 and over. A Note on Breathwork The breathing practices we use are gentle & restorative. That said, if you have a heart, lung or anxiety condition — or if you are pregnant — please check in with a healthcare provider before beginning breathwork. You’re always welcome to return to your natural breath at any time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Life happens — I get it! If you can no longer make it, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance so I can offer your space to someone else. Cancellations made with at least 8 hours’ notice may be eligible for a transfer to another date (subject to availability). Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer refunds or transfers for late cancellations or no-shows. Thanks for your understanding and for helping keep the sessions calm, cosy and considered. Privacy Policy Your privacy matters. When you book a class, I collect your name, contact details, and any relevant health info to tailor your experience and keep you safe. Your details are never shared with third parties, and I’ll only contact you about your booking or future sessions — if you’ve given permission. You can opt out at any time. Questions?
