A shared experience of deep calm and restoration. Each session weaves together guided breathwork, light touch and NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) — a science-backed practice that guides your body and mind into a deeply restful state, leaving you feeling calm, clear and recharged.

ChaLa The Sessions: Breathe & Flow (In-Person)

ChaLa is a blend of yoga and breathwork, created by two best friends, Charlie & Laura.
Inspired by the meaning of Chala — “to rest” or “to relax” — each 2-hour session is a mini-retreat, thoughtfully designed to engage the senses and help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect.
