
The story of Loving Living Well.
Hi lovelies! Thanks for finding me at Loving Living Well. I'm so grateful you're taking the time to visit me here.
Let me introduce myself. I’m Laura, I live in Cambridgeshire with my husband and our cocker spaniel. When I’m not travelling (I adore exploring new places!), you’ll find me immersed in all things wellness—walking, practising breathwork & yoga, or getting creative with homemade skincare and home-cooked goodies . And let’s not forget one of my favourite pastimes—catching up with friends and family over a good coffee!
Health and wellness have always been part of who I am. As a teenager, I was endlessly curious about nutrition, fascinated by how food fuels us, and passionate about staying active. I spent two decades working in the world of events-most of that time managing a programme of events for scientific researchers. It was a role I loved, particularly because it introduced me to fascinating topics like the gut microbiome, which totally sparked my health geekery!
In 2021, my health took a dip. What started as three weeks of illness with Covid became the beginning of a longer period of decline. I felt completely depleted: brain fog, anxiety, disrupted sleep (to name a few), and a body that wouldn't bounce back. At the same time, I was managing a team through the intensity of the post-pandemic world-holding space for others while quietly running on empty myself.

That September, I enrolled with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to train as a Health Coach. It felt like the course arrived just when I needed it. Not only did it support my physical recovery, but it gave me the tools to understand how deeply our stress levels, hormone health, and resilience are connected. It grounded me when everything felt shaky-and planted the seeds for a new chapter.
Then in 2023, I stepped into a senior leadership role-and the pressure intensified. I found myself drawn back to the breathwork practices I'd first explored through IIN. What started as curiosity quickly became something much deeper. Breathwork became my lifeline. It helped me regulate my nervous system, find calm in the chaos, and reconnect with myself. It gave me the clarity and resilience I'd been searching for-and it felt like the missing piece in my own wellness journey. Inspired by this, I trained as a Breathwork Instructor so I could share this incredible practice with others.
That experience led me to create Loving Living Well, where I now guide high-achievers from burnout to balance-helping them reclaim their calm and energy, and build sustainable habits that actually fit their lives.
I believe true wellness isn't just about food and movement-it's about breathing fully, finding joy, and creating space for calm. My natural strengths have always been in guiding, supporting, and bringing people together, and these practices have given me the perfect way to do that. I take a personal, bio-individual approach because we’re all different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to well-being.
