Gardiner Memorial Hall, Burwell Sunday 29th June 9:30–11:30AM Please register by Wednesday 25th June. Join us for a deeply restorative morning of movement, stillness, and breath designed to help you let go of daily stress, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Led by Charlie from Yogi Yoga Time and Laura from Loving Living Well, this nourishing 2-hour session combines gentle yoga and grounding breathwork to support body and mind. You’ll enjoy a wellness shot on arrival, herbal tea to finish, and a thoughtful gift to take home as a reminder to keep breathing. Who (or what) is ChaLa? ChaLa is the coming together of Charlie & Laura — two best friends with a shared love for creating calm, connection, and space to just be. Our name is more than a blend of ours: In Sanskrit, Shala means “house” or “home.” In Swahili, Chala means “to rest” or “to relax.” Together, ChaLa is your invitation to pause. A soft landing place for movement, stillness, breath, and restoration — always grounded in warmth, friendship, and a little magic. Each session is a unique blend of yoga and breathwork, designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect. We can’t wait to welcome you. Before You Book We’ll ask for any allergies when you book — this helps us tailor your experience, especially as we use essential oils, serve a gentle arrival shot, and offer herbal tea. Please also let us know if you have any injuries or health conditions, so we can support your comfort and safety throughout the session. Please note: our sessions are open to those aged 18 and over. A Note on Breathwork & Yoga Our breathing practices are gentle and restorative. If you have a heart, lung or anxiety condition — or are pregnant — please check with a healthcare provider before joining. You're always welcome to return to your natural breath at any time. Our yoga is slow, grounding and accessible, but it still involves movement and stretching. If you’re working with an injury, medical condition or pregnancy, let us know in advance — and always listen to your body. Cancellation Policy

Life happens — we get it! If you can’t make it, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your space to someone else. We’re unable to offer refunds or transfers after that — but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend. Just let us know their name. Thanks for understanding — and for helping us keep ChaLa sessions cosy and considered. Privacy Policy We value your privacy and promise to keep your personal information safe. When you book a ChaLa Session, we collect your name, contact details, and any relevant health or allergy info to tailor your experience and ensure your safety. We’ll never share your details with third parties, and we’ll only use your email to contact you about your booking or future ChaLa sessions — if you’ve said that’s okay. You can opt out at any time.
